MEET ME

I'm Kelly Pritchard, Registered Psychotherapist and experienced meditation practitioner and facilitator),As facilitator, I draw on 15 years as a dedicated meditation student and teacher, including in-depth experience with contemporary mindfulness techniques as well as traditional practices derived from Shamanism, Buddhism, and related traditions. Like my overall approach to wellness, this offering is designed to make the full benefits of healing practical and accessible, allowing you to step into a more harmonious, vibrant version of yourself no matter how unattainable this goal may seem.  

In honor of the goals of the Save The Rock campaign, the theme of this journey is cultivating peace, strength, and resilience. For the first three weeks of every month, the focus will be on personal transformation. For the final week of each month, the focus will be on practices for making a positive impact on the planet. The journey will incorporate six different themes, one for each month: 

  • May - Entering the beginner's mind state (accessing inner peace)

  • June - Staying anchored in the beginner's mind state throughout the day (deepening inner peace)

  • July - Self-sourcing a steady stream of love

  • August - Learning to embrace and become bigger than challenging emotions - even when they seem overpowering

  • September - Transforming challenging, change-resistant emotional patterns 

  • October - Creating the future from a place of loving allowance

This experience offers a holistic approach to meditation that draws on principles of modern and traditional meditation practices and provides an integrated framework for cultivating centeredness, clarity, and confidence. It is unique in combining numerous different yet similar approaches to meditation. In so doing, it provides a strong grounding in the most integral concepts and techniques, while simultaneously offering a variety of tools and teachings applicable to many aspects of life. This approach sets the stage for an experience that is both enriching and facilitative of deep and penetrative change. 

When you make a set donation to the Save The Rock GoFundMe campaign, you will automatically qualify to join me (Kelly Pritchard, Registered Psychotherapist and experienced meditation practitioner and facilitator) for 12 to 24 weeks of guided, online group meditation which can be completed live, or on your own schedule. 100% of the proceeds of your donation will go to the Save The Rock non-profit organization's GoFundMe campaign, a cause close to the heart of the community I call home, which you can read more about when you click the "Donate Now" button below.   

Through this special, time-limited promotional offer, you can customize your journey by choosing one of the donation options listed below. Each package is right for anyone who wants to initiate or deepen their meditation practice, cultivate a comprehensive skill set, and experience a more gratifying, purpose-driven life. At a fraction of the cost of a typical retreat, this journey will help you unlock a methodology for profound change. This experience is not psychotherapy treatment, and is not recommended if you are experiencing serious mental health symptoms.

Knowing that many of you are learning about me for the very first time, I hope these will help you better understand who I am and what I offer as a practitioner. 

You can customize your retreat experience by selecting one of the three options listed below

 

Donation Options

 (please note all prices are in Canadian currency) 

$99 Donation  

The $99 donation is designed for anyone who is interested in some but not all of the topics or who is not able to commit to a full six month program. For $99 you will be able to participate for three months of your choosing. For the first four weeks of every month, you will have access to:

  • a live, guided group meditation that you can practice with daily, including a group question and answer period for addressing your specific questions about the practices and your personal experiences with the meditation (please note the live group meditations will be held virtually on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm EST between May 1 and October 30, 2024);

  • access to an audio recording of the live meditation each week, including the question and answer portion;

  • six months of access to the Facebook discussion forum which will include additional tips and guidelines for home practice.

$189 Donation  

The $189 donation offers a full, 24-week version of the $99 package. From May 1 to October 30, 2024, you will receive all of the features outlined above, while delving into six purposefully-chosen themes designed to help you experience the benefits of meditation more fully. As with the $99 package, recordings of all live events will be provided, and you will also have the opportunity to submit your question(s) electronically each week, ensuring that you can access all features of the program should you be unable to attend a session(s) live. 

$379 Donation  

The $379 donation offers all the benefits of the $189 package, plus access to a total of six three-hour online mini-meditation retreats, in which you will experience a prolonged period of meditation and an opportunity for deeper transformation in a supportive setting (these retreats will be held monthly, at 12:00 noon EST on Saturdays, between May 1 and October 30, 2024). Each retreat will include a Q&A period, a more detailed exploration of the topic for the month, and the opportunity to deepen your practice in a more intimate setting. This package will also give you an exclusive opportunity to ask additional questions and receive customized answers in the Facebook discussion forum (each $379 donor can post an additional question in the group each week). This package includes access to a full recording of each retreat.

Prior to making your donation, you are welcome to check out the remainder of this page where you will find a free sample meditation and testimonials. Once you click "Donate Now", you will have an opportunity to read more about the Save The Rock initiative prior to finalizing your donation. Once you have completed your donation, you will receive a confirmation "thank you" e-mail from GoFundMe which will contain a link to a short registration form. You will receive an e-mail by 9:30 pm EST the day you make your donation (if you make your donation after 9:30 pm EST, you will receive an e-mail by 9:30 pm EST the following day). If for some reason you do not receive your registration e-mail by 9:30 pm EST on the day you make your donation, please e-mail kelly@awakeningunity.com and I will reply with the link you need to enter your registration details.

The above YouTube meditation features a short breathing with awareness of space exercise similar to one of the longer meditations that will be featured in the program. This meditation technique is designed to help you access the beginner's mind state, which will in turn help you navigate adversity with greater insight and clarity, while feeling more stable and at ease. In the full meditation program, you will be guided in many in-depth meditation practices and given understanding of the unique benefits of these modern and ancient techniques, as well as how they come together to help you cultivate greater mental and emotional well-being in your day to day life. You will also receive information about how to keep the practices alive in your day to day life.
